Zary joined La Vida in December 2013. She began her career in the financial sector and management consulting in Washington D.C., focusing on Latin America. In 1998, she moved to London to join the mergers and acquisitions team of a German investment bank. Subsequently, she became involved in the non-profit sector, serving on the boards of foundations making a significant social impact in Latin America. Zary holds an MBA from George Washington University.
