1 week stay in a spacious, recently restored villa for 8-12people in North East Tuscany, Italy

A week’s holiday in a spacious, recently-restored villa in North-East Tuscany  with infinity pool – sleeps 8-12.  The house is set upon a hillside above Sansepolcro, with commanding views over a lake and the surrounding countryside. On three floors, it was recently restored in contemporary style andhas a modern kitchen with breakfast area, separate dining room, spacious living areas, four double bedroom suites (including oneon the ground floor) and a top floor ideal for children/teenagers including a large playroom.  Around the house are a number of paved areas ideal for outdoor eating, and a superb 16 metre infinity pool. The house is15 minutes drive from the charming, lively walled town of Sansepolcro, the birthplace of artist Piero della Francesca, with a good selection of restaurants.  Itis also within easy reach of Anghiari, Arezzo, Perugia and Gubbio, and around anhour’s drive from the coast at Rimini.  The nearest airports are Florence, Perugia and Bologna.

Dates to be arranged with the owners.  A further week may be available by separate negotiation.  Breakage deposit required.  Responsible renters only please!
