La Vida
Policy for Grants
The Trustees of La Vida endeavour to directly grant funding to specific projects that
relieve sickness and/or improve education in any Latin American country.
Preference will be given to independent projects, but the Trustees could also look to partner with local
organisations that will see through the success and completion of compelling projects in
health and education in Latin America.
Recent Milestones
In 2009 we have expanded the team of volunteers at La Vida and created a new Executive
Committee with extensive marketing, business development, project and event management experience.
The enhanced team will allow us to advance our fundraising activities, sponsor a child programme
and volunteering scheme.
